Against all odds he was able to bring a mutinous ship back to duty without bloodshed. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eIn our own minor act of ‘rebellion’, we’ve\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003eused Scottish peated malt rather than Tasmanian barley to create this whisky. It has also been matured entirely in a 100L second-fill sherry cask. What was left of the incumbent sherry has not disturbed the wonderfully delicate spirit, which allows the peat smoke to billow through. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eInspired by the great whiskies of Islay, we hope to pay homage to them with our own style of peated whisky.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAs you drink, you'll be welcomed by prominent floral peat smoke and malt, toasted oak and light tropical fruits.
