We only open once a month! So make sure you follow our socials, and don't miss out on the next open night! It's the third Friday of each month, from 4pm to 10pm. We have great beers, spirits and live music.
If you can't make it in for a drink, you can always click the 'shop' link under the logo at the top of the page, and we'll be happy to post an order to you.
As one of the smallest breweries in Tasmania, we brew our beers on a 500L system, and they are canned and labelled on site.
We make our spirits using a 200L copper pot still, working batch by batch over the course of about two weeks, usually making just enough spirit to fill a single cask.
We use casks starting at 100 litres which take longer to mature, but they reward our patience with enhanced depth of character, balance and complexity.
Although we may not have what you are looking for currently available, you can sign up to the mailing list to be among the first to know about a new small batch release.
We are established in one of Tasmania’s oldest brewery buildings. We are Hobart's oldest independent brewery, and Hobart's first brewery & distillery.
We exist to pay homage to Tasmania’s rich brewing history.
