Made from our very own Chardonnay grapes grown alongside the magnificent River Ouse, this delightfully rich and vibrant spirit was matured for over 5 years in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask. Packed full of flavour, yet surprisingly approachable for the high ABV, it is a sensory indulgence; incredible palate length and texturally sublime. Anyone who is familiar with cask strength drinking has been very impressed. It is an easy sell based off tastings. It is also very likely to be our final grappa release, as the name of our hobby vineyard ‘Crooked Spines’ was proving prophetic.
