Desperate times call for Desperate Measures.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the things that affected us was no longer being able to sell kegged beer. Rather than let that beer go to waste, we distilled it instead. This is beer that has been twice distilled into a spirit, then matured in oak casks until ready. Essentially it’s a whisky produced from a range of different grains and a bit of hops as well. Desperate Measures showcases an incredibly unique flavour profile.
