One Cask. Two Rums
As usual, we spent an agonisingly long time trying to determine the best drinking strength for this cask. The difficulty was that it was fantastic at two very different strengths, so we decided to showcase just how wildly different the same spirit can be at 40% and 57.1%.
Bristol Fashion is bottled at 57.1% and brings prominent toffee apple, honey-glazed orange and a satisfying pantry-spice driven finish.
Shipshape is bottled at 40% and shows forward fruit notes of peach backed up by caramel popcorn and macadamia.
One origin. Two expressions.
Both exactly as they should be.
