Although we only open to the public on the third Friday of each month, our beers and spirits are available at some great bars around Hobart, and even Launceston. Our spirits are also available for purchase at Salamanca Markets through our stall (Site 246) at the Silo end, between Tas-Saff and the Tasmanian Lavender Shop. The friendly market crew can also help you find us. Our creations are also available right here online.
We are an actual brewery and distillery, not a contractor. This means we make our own beer, and we make our own wash for our spirits. Being a real bricks and mortar producer means that we are heavily invested in making the best products we can. It means our ales and lagers are always fresh and available; our facilities are accessible to visit, and wholesale customers are able to participate in the brewing process. We will be here next week and the one after!
We are not a venue, so we are not a retail competitor for our wholesale customers . There’s a diversity of choice and the advantage of small batch rarity. We are small enough that we are able to produce something unique as a one-off, exclusive release.
